Job summary

SAS Retail Services, Inc. is hiring for an in-store merchandising role in Cheyenne, WY. You will help retailers meet shoppers' needs by building displays, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, requiring excellent customer service and self-motivation. Training is provided, and a positive, safety‑first approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and management.
• Ability to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience and leadership/training ability.
• Reliable transportation to work location and ability to use a smartphone or tablet for reporting.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
