Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring for in-store merchandising support to assist retailers with displays, end caps, shelf resets and inventory tracking.

You will also help leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, with plenty of growth opportunities. No prior experience is required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with a bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Safety-first mindset in a retail environment.
