Job summary

Retail Odyssey in Kentucky is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers, build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory. You will assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. No prior experience required; training and team support are provided.

Applicants must be 18+, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation. You will use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift and contribute to a customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also strong team-building skills.
