Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising associate in Cottonwood, AZ. You will build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory to help retailers maximize sales opportunities.

You will also support leadership with reporting, scheduling and onboarding new hires. No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided. You must be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• 1–2 years merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Able to use a smartphone/tablet to record work after each shift.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with action and results focus.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
