Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising helper in Salem, Oregon. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to drive sales opportunities.

You will also support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. Training is provided, and additional hours may be available. This role emphasizes customer service and teamwork in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience or related retail exposure.
• Experience leading and training team members.
• Ability to use a smartphone/tablet to record work after each shift.
