Job summary

SAS Retail in Indiana is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers and shoppers. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, while delivering strong customer service and teamwork. Training is provided; 18+ and physical requirements apply.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation to/from work.

Now, about you

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
