Job summary

SAS Retail Services, part of Advantage Solutions, is hiring a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead in Nappanee, IN. You will support in-store merchandising for retailers, build displays, rotate stock, and monitor inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, while growing your leadership and training skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience and ability to train teammates.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients and teammates.
• Leading and mentoring others to complete daily merchandizing tasks.
• Able to perform duties with safety-first mindset in a retail env.
• Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet to record work after each shift.

Responsibilities
