Job summary

Advantage Solutions, through SAS Retail Services, seeks a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead in Clayton, NC to lead in-store merchandising for assigned retailers. You will coordinate displays, end caps, shelf resets, and product rotation to maximize sales opportunities.

This role supports leadership with reporting, scheduling, onboarding and training new hires. No experience is required to start; comprehensive training is provided, and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years merchandising experience required or preferred.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Ability to use a smartphone/tablet to record work.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers.
