SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead in Downers Grove, IL 60514. You will support in-store merchandising, build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling and onboarding new hires, while benefiting from growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits as part of a large network of brands.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience
• Experience leading and training people
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
• Reliable transportation to the work location
• Comfort with using a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with action and results bias
• Ability to work independently and in a team with safety mindset
