Job summary

Versailles, MO is seeking a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead to support stores with in-store merchandising, displays, and inventory rotation. You will help optimize shelf resets and provide frontline leadership to a team, including training and onboarding new hires.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to work independently while building a cohesive team. No prior experience required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years merchandising experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• 18 years or older and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Ability to lead, train, and develop others.
