Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring for in-store merchandising support in Myrtle Beach. You will build displays, rotate stock, and track inventory to drive sales while supporting leadership with scheduling and onboarding new hires.

No experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed; 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred but not required; ability to interact with customers and management in an enthusiastic manner.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
