Job summary

SAS Retail Services is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to help shape the shopper experience. You will build displays, reset shelves with product rotation, and help track inventory to maximize sales opportunities. You’ll also support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed. This role offers the potential for additional hours and benefits to meet your family's needs.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Experience leading and training people
• Able to record work using a smartphone or tablet after each shift
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results
• Able to work independently and also contribute to team building
• Ability to follow safety-first practices in a retail environment

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
