Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring for an in-store merchandising role in Bristow, VA. You will support retailers to build displays, rotate stock, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. No prior experience is required as training is provided; the role offers $16.00 per hour with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Proficient with smartphone/tablet to record work.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
