Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandiser to help shape shopping experiences. You will build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, as well as onboarding new hires. Join us in Mount Pleasant, SC and grow with a national network.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• 18 years or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with bias for action and results; safety-first mindset.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
