Job summary

SAS Retail Services in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers and shoppers. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also back leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. No prior experience is required as training is provided, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to record work after each shift on a smartphone or tablet.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Work independently or with a team in a safety-first retail environment.
• 18 years or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
