Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, seeks an in-store merchandising teammate to build displays, reset shelves, and monitor inventory to maximize sales opportunities. You will also support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires to help drive success.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years merchandising experience, strong customer service, and be a motivated self-starter who works well independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to the work location.
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Have experience leading and training people.
• Can use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team-building skills.
