Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is recruiting for an in-store merchandising role in Brownfield, TX. You will build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory to help retailers maximize sales opportunities while supporting leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; rounding out a flexible, customer-focused team that helps shoppers and brands thrive in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
