Job summary

SAS Retail Services is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers and shoppers across Wisconsin. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities, while assisting with reporting and onboarding new hires.

The role requires strong customer service, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and 18+ years of age. Training is provided; you can grow with internal advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience required.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
