Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company, an Advantage Solutions company, seeks an in-store merchandising specialist in La Conner, WA. You will build displays and end caps, reset shelves, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided; you must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable transportation is a must.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
