Job summary

Retail Odyssey is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for retailers. You will also support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

We offer training, growth opportunities, and competitive wages. No prior experience is required as we provide team support to help you succeed, with additional hours available upon request.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Have experience leading and training people.
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
