Job summary

Retail Odyssey is seeking an in-store Merchandiser to support retailers with displays, shelf resets, rotation, and inventory tracking. You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. This role offers training and room to grow within a national network.

You will interact with customers and store teams in a friendly, proactive manner, lift up to 50 lbs, and use a smartphone or tablet to record daily activities. Join us to shape modern shopping experiences.

Qualifications

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You are 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
