Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to help shape the shopping experience. You will build displays, reset shelves with rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities while supporting leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience required as training and team support are provided; a customer-focused, energetic approach is valued and transportation to the store is necessary.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to perform physical tasks: lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, move

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
