Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring for in-store merchandising support to help retailers meet shoppers' needs across locations. You will build displays, reset shelves, track inventory, and help with training and onboarding for new hires, while supporting leadership with reporting and scheduling.

The role offers growth opportunities, no prior experience required (training provided), and benefits tailored to fit families. Competitive hourly wage is provided.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience and ability to lead and train others.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills when interacting with clients, customers and team members.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
