Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support Retailers in Rhode Island. You will build displays, reset shelves, track inventory, and assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

We offer training, growth opportunities, and benefits; no prior experience required. Candidates must be 18+, physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation to the work location.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
