Job summary

SAS Retail Services in Massachusetts is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant to support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and maximizing sales opportunities.

You will also help with reporting, scheduling, onboarding new hires, and training, with a friendly, energetic approach. No prior experience is required—training provided; 18+; lift up to 50 lbs; reliable transport; merchandising experience preferred.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
