Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant in Highlands Ranch, CO. You will build displays, reset shelves, and rotate products to meet shopper needs while tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, with training provided as needed. This role offers growth opportunities within the company and benefits for eligible teammates.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years merchandising experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and lead teammates.
• Comfort with using a smartphone/tablet to record work.
• Safety-first mindset in a retail environment.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
