Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is looking for in-store merchandising support to help retailers meet shopper needs. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, contributing to a thriving retail team and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Experience in leading and training people.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You are 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
