Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring in Chandler, AZ to help shape the shopping experience. You will perform in-store merchandising, build displays, rotate stock, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided. You will also assist with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires while growing your career with a nationwide retailer network.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing with friendly, enthusiastic demeanor.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work in retail environment.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• 1–2 years merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Can record work on a smartphone/tablet after each shift.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with strong bias for action and results.
• Works well independently and in teams.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.

• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
