Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring to provide in-store merchandising support across retailers in Wenatchee, WA. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, while training is provided for those without prior merchandising experience.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required as training is provided.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results; able to work independently or in a team.
• Safety-minded attitude in a retail environment.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
