Job summary

SAS Retail Services, Inc. is seeking a retail merchandiser to support store-level merchandising efforts, including building displays and end caps, and rotating stock to optimize sales.

The role includes inventory tracking and assisting leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. You will work with retailers to meet shopper needs, with no prior experience required as we provide training and team support.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
