Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company in Elizabethtown, KY is hiring a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead for a full-time, hourly position. You will provide in-store merchandising support, build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. No prior experience required as training is provided, and growth opportunities are available within the company.

Qualifications

• Merchandising experience preferred, 1–2 years.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
