Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, seeks a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead in Gillette, WY for in-store merchandising and leadership duties. The role involves building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will assist with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, while working with retailers and our team to deliver strong results in-store.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• 1–2 years merchandising experience with ability to lead and train others.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Reliable transportation to the work location and ability to work flexible hours.
• Proficient with a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.

Responsibilities
