Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead in Parker, CO to support in-store merchandising and display setup while rotating stock to boost sales. You will lead and train a small team, assist with reporting and scheduling, and help onboard new hires.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years merchandising experience and can lift up to 50 lbs, with strong customer service and a safety‑minded retail approach. Growth opportunities and benefits are available.
