Advantage Solutions is seeking a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead in Bardstown, KY. You will support retailers with in-store merchandising, build displays and end caps, reset shelves, and track inventory to boost sales opportunities.

You will also back leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, bringing enthusiasm, reliability, and strong customer service to the team. 18+ with 1–2 years merchandising experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
