Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking individuals to provide in-store merchandising support, building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. You will assist leadership with reporting and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed. Eligible applicants must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage with customers and management in a friendly, energetic manner.
• You must be 18 years or older.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience or similar.
• Experience leading and training others.
• Use a smartphone or tablet to record completed work.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with action and results orientation.
• Work independently and also collaborate well with a team.
• Safety-first mindset in a retail setting.

• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
