Job summary

SAS Retail Services, part of Advantage Solutions, is hiring in Shawano, Wisconsin to provide in-store merchandising support for retailers and shoppers. You’ll build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory while assisting leadership with reports, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

No prior merchandising experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed; candidates should be 18+, reliable, and customer-focused, with a willingness to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years merchandising experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience leading and training others.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
• Ability to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
