Job summary

SAS Retail Services is seeking a detail-oriented Merchandiser to support retailers through in-store merchandising, display builds, shelf resets, and inventory tracking. You will also assist leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, ensuring execution aligns with client standards.

You will interact with store teams, move, lift up to 50 lbs, and travel to assigned sites in NH. Prior merchandising experience is preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• 18+ years old.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
