Job summary

SAS Retail Services, part of Advantage Solutions, is seeking individuals to help shape shopping experiences by supporting in-store merchandising for retailers. You will build displays, reset shelves, and rotate products to maximize sales while maintaining accurate inventories.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided. You will also assist leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires to foster growth.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience (implied)
• Experience leading and training people (implied)
• Able to interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner
• You are 18 years or older
• Able to move, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
