Job summary

SAS Retail Services is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant to support retailers with display setup, shelf resets, and inventory tracking. You will help maximize sales opportunities and assist with organizing displays and product rotations across locations.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; 18+ to apply, with a friendly, customer-focused approach and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with action orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, including building displays and end caps and rotating stock.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
