Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a store merchandising associate to prepare shelves, displays and coolers in large-volume grocery accounts. You will rotate products, move stock from backroom to floor, and set up promotional materials while maintaining neat backrooms.

The role requires lifting 20–45 pounds per case, operating handheld devices to input orders, and providing reliable attendance. Multi-store travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Must have car or access to transportation for multi-store locations.
• Pass the physical capabilities test if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners.
• Keep back room stock neat and orderly.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Follow operating procedures (scan-in/scan-out, designated route).
• Service accounts during designated times established by management.
• Deliver customer service and attentiveness to customer needs.
• Operate with minimal supervision.
