Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a store merchandising associate responsible for stocking shelves, rotating products, and setting up displays in large volume grocery accounts. The role requires lifting 20–45 pound cases, operating hand trucks, and moving products between backrooms and sales floors.

You will interact with store staff and Pepsi management, ensuring timely, accurate merchandising and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Proof of insurance required.
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Comply with operating procedures (e.g., scan-in/scan-out).
• Deliver customer service and attend to customer needs.
• Operate with minimal supervision (self-managed role).
• Use handheld devices to write/input orders.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
