Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Store Merchandise Associate to stock and rotate products in large volume grocery settings. You will build displays, manage backroom inventory, and ensure shelves and coolers are stocked and attractive for customers.

You must be able to lift 20–45 pounds, operate hand trucks and pallet jacks, and travel between multiple store locations with reliable attendance and safe driving. This role is labor-intensive and requires physical stamina throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to lift 20–45 pounds per case.
• Must have car or access to transportation to multiple locations within shift.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelves, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products backroom and shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
