Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a merchandise associate to stock shelves and displays in large-volume grocery accounts. You will rotate stock, move products from backroom to sales floor, and use equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks to transport items.

The role emphasizes customer service, reliability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision across multi-store locations. Mileage reimbursement may be provided for route work.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older or more as required by law.
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance.
• Physical capabilities to perform labor intensive merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Service accounts during designated times established by management.
• Deliver customer service and respond to customer needs.
