Primary Responsibilities

The Sales Solutions Specialist executes sales solutions, assesses store opportunities, maintains store partnerships, and maximizes sales through product placement and presentation. Responsibilities include executing store solutions activities and completing all store sets.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday - Hourly position.

Essential Functions

• Execute design decisions with urgency
• Analyze product movement and suggest sales improvements
• Develop sales presentations for store personnel
• Present and sell trends
• Conduct store surveys, manage proposals, and drive new item exposure
• Implement merchandising techniques and plan-o-grams
• Influence product placement to impact sales
• Manage store relationships and sales activities
• Control credits and manage expenses
• Support sales team coverage and cross-functional collaboration

Minimum Requirements & Skills

• High school diploma/GED required; associate degree preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Access, Cognos, PowerPoint
• Experience in the food industry preferred
• Ability to identify issues, develop strategies, and manage complexity
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and stay overnight

Physical Requirements

• Lift/move up to 50 pounds
• Sit, drive, stand, climb, and walk frequently
• Work in various environments and weather conditions
