Job summary

Mondelēz in Richmond, VA is seeking a store merchandiser to represent the brand in retail locations and deliver excellent service to store teams and shoppers. You will perform daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence.

Use an iPad to place product orders via Salesforce, capture display photos with DMI, and maintain in-stock displays and compliant promotions. Valid driver’s license required; lifting up to 50 lbs may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive to various store locations with valid insurance.
• Able to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and commitment to excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Perform daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture photos with DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and staff.
• Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock displays.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure planogram compliance.
• Follow RTM schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights and opportunities to RTM and management.
• Lift, bend, and move products safely within store environments.
