Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an in-store merchandiser to represent the brand in retail environments. You will engage with store teams, manage product orders via Salesforce, and execute promotional displays across assigned stores.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining planograms, and adhering to RTM schedules while ensuring safety during stocking and merchandising tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to multiple store locations.
• 18 years of age or older; positive and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and commitment to excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture photos via DMI.
• Build relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel.
• Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock shelf and display conditions.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM store plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM; lift and move products safely.
