Job summary

Mondelēz in Lynchburg, VA seeks an in-store representative to deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers. You will follow the DSD Merchandising Excellence program, capture display photos with DMI, and build relationships with store personnel.

You will order stock via iPad using Salesforce to keep shelves stocked, implement promotional displays, and ensure compliance with RTM plans. You will support seasonal launches and high-visibility events while communicating store

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license for the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to store locations.
• Able to perform hard work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs; push/pull over 50 lbs occasionally.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Lynchburg, VA.
• Schedule: Sunday - Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and commitment to excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Perform daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and staff.
• Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions for shelves and displays.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights and opportunities to the RTM team.
• Lift, bend, move, and stock products safely from stock rooms to floor.
