Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations across Irmo, Cayce, and Gaston, SC. You will service multiple bulk accounts, follow planograms, and communicate with store management and cross-functional teams.

The route offers mileage reimbursement between stores and requires participation on weekends with variable days off. The role emphasizes safety, quality guidelines, and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customer needs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Able to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision; possess critical thinking skills.
• Company provided cell phone is provided by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs.
• Physically moves the product from the backroom and places it on display.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display and shelve where permitted; rotates product and checks vendor operation.
