Job summary

CROSSMARK is actively seeking an energetic Merchandising Representative to promote nationally distributed products in retail environments. You will gain shelf space, build displays, stock shelves, and foster strong relationships with store staff while ensuring compliant pricing and signage.

Ideal candidates are independent, reliable, and comfortable using smart devices. Traveling to multiple stores in a territory is required, with comprehensive paid training and mileage reimbursement provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new items.
• Build and stock product displays.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
