CROSSMARK seeks an energetic Retail Merchandising Representative to join our team and promote nationally distributed products in local retailers. You’ll gain fast training, work independently and with a team, and travel to stores within your territory to install displays and ensure correct pricing.

In this role you will build relationships with store staff, maintain planograms, and monitor inventory while delivering top‑notch customer service.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores.
• Comfortable using a smart device.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new items.
• Build and stock product displays.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
